Artificial Intelligence
means that when a machine mimics or copy all the functions or actions of humans
whether it is learning, problem solving, delivering speech & much more and
all these things can be done by programming in the machines.
AI was founded in 1956 by
John McCarthy and it is a very vast field including robotics, machine learning
etc. and the very first definition given by John McCarthy is that “Every aspect
of learning or any other feature of intelligence can in machine can be made to
stimulate it. An attempt will be made to stimulate it. An attempt will be made
to find how to make machine language, from abstractions and concepts solves
kind of problems and now reserved for humans and improve themselves.”
He also gave the 7
aspects of AI that are as follows: -
- · Simulating higher functions of human brain.
- · Programming a computer to use the general language.
- · Arranging hypothetical neurons in a manner so that they can form concepts.
- · A way to determine and measure problem complexity.
- · Self-improvement.
- · Abstraction.
- · Random creativity.
Today AI is also used in
movies and plays etc.
Robot movie is a great
example for it.
The main aim to achieve
AI to reduce the workload of humans and to replace it with machines and
recently we conclude that it can also be dangerous to us because it can lead to
massive unemployment.
But today, AI is used in
many areas like creating drones, self-driving cars, healthcare, art,
mathematics, online assistants like google assistant and Siri.
At the end I want to say
that we all are approaching to a great future.
